Affordable Transfer’s account of a Tracy cleanout
A Tracy cleanout, followed by a return call.
A referral brought Affordable Transfer to a rental property after a tenant moved out. Rain was approaching, and the owner needed furniture, trash, wood and other debris removed. The crew mobilized the next day.
The crew reports removing approximately 7,000 pounds of material over two days. When the size of the job became clear, the crew explained that it would take a second day instead of promising an unrealistic finish. The crew also swept the interior before wrapping up.
The customer later called again for an urgent metal-shed removal at the same property. That return call reflects what Affordable Transfer aims to be known for: responding, explaining the work honestly and following through.
This account and approximate weight were provided by Affordable Transfer. The gallery above shows separate Affordable Transfer projects and is not presented as photography of this Tracy job. Scheduling for new work depends on the job, location and availability.
